If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your house cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours of your service and we will happily re-clean the area which you are dissatisfied. 

Please notify us if for any reason you find it necessary to postpone or cancel your scheduled house cleaning.  We would appreciate at least 24 hours notice so that we can adjust our schedules accordingly.
